1. Service overview
RelayMatch (https://relaymatch.pro) is an online service that analyzes a web project, identifies relevant contacts, and prepares outreach email sequences sent from the user's Gmail account.

2. Service access
Access to RelayMatch requires signing in with a Google account. By signing in, you accept these Terms of Use.
Use of the service requires payment for a Launch Pack via Stripe. Each pack gives access to one outreach campaign.
3. Gmail usage
By connecting your Gmail account, you authorize RelayMatch to send emails on your behalf through the gmail.sendscope. This authorization is strictly limited to messages you previewed and approved in the app.
RelayMatch does not read your emails, access your inbox, or store the content of Gmail conversations. You can revoke access at any time from myaccount.google.com/permissions.
4. User responsibility
You are solely responsible for emails sent through RelayMatch. You agree to:
- Send only legal, honest, and respectful messages
- Not use the service for spam or abusive solicitation
- Comply with GDPR when processing prospect contact data
- Verify the relevance of generated contacts before sending
5. Limitation of liability
RelayMatch is an outreach assistance tool. We do not guarantee specific results such as replies, partnerships, or media coverage. Contact and email quality depends on publicly available information about the analyzed site.
RelayMatch is not liable for consequences related to emails sent from your Gmail account, nor for bounces, blocks, or negative replies.
6. Payment and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. The Launch Pack is billed once, with no subscription. Because the service immediately analyzes the project and generates contacts, no refund can be granted once analysis has started.
7. Intellectual property
Content generated by RelayMatch, including contacts, emails, and analyses, is made available to the user for personal and professional use. RelayMatch retains rights to the code, algorithms, and application interface.
8. Changes and termination
We may modify these terms at any time. If material changes are made, you will be notified by email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
We may suspend or terminate an account in case of abusive use or use that does not comply with these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
