1. Who we are
RelayMatch (https://relaymatch.pro) helps founders distribute projects. It analyzes a project website, identifies relevant contacts (media, communities, partners), and prepares personalized email sequences to send from the user's Gmail account.

2. Data we collect
We only collect the data required to operate the service:
- Account data: email address and name via Google OAuth
- Project data: analyzed website URL, analysis results, generated contacts
- Sending data: sent email status such as sent, opened, or bounced
- Gmail token: OAuth token used to send emails from your Gmail account, stored securely
We never collect the content of your received emails or your Gmail history.
3. Gmail usage
RelayMatch requests access to your Gmail account only to send emails on your behalffrom your Gmail address to the contacts you selected.
We only use the gmail.send scope. We never read your emails, inbox, or existing contacts.
Google data received through this scope is used only to provide the user-requested feature: sending, from their Gmail account, the messages they prepared, previewed, and approved in RelayMatch. It is not used for advertising, ad targeting, AI model training, or any purpose unrelated to this feature.
We do not sell Google user data, transfer it to third parties for commercial purposes, or allow humans to read it unless strictly necessary for security, legal compliance, or support explicitly requested by the user.
RelayMatch's use and transfer of information received from Google Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can revoke this access at any time from your Google account: myaccount.google.com/permissions
4. Data sharing
We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Your data may only be shared with technical processors needed to operate the service, such as hosting or database providers, under confidentiality and only to provide or secure RelayMatch.
5. Data retention
Your data is retained while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at nikita.fa3sch@gmail.com.
6. Security
Data is stored securely. Gmail OAuth tokens are stored in a secure database and are never exposed client-side. Communications between your browser and our servers use HTTPS.
7. Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the following rights:
- Right to access your personal data
- Right to rectification
- Right to erasure
- Right to data portability
- Right to object to processing

8. Cookies
RelayMatch only uses a session cookie required for authentication. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
